Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

SaveMeHours is operated by Zenixr, LLC ("Zenixr," "we," "us," or "the Service"). By accessing or using SaveMeHours and by purchasing or downloading any product offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What We Sell

SaveMeHours is a marketplace for digital products — templates, spreadsheets, software, courses, and similar downloadable files. All products are delivered electronically. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, your purchase becomes available to download from your account immediately.

Product descriptions, previews, and images are provided to help you decide before you buy. We try to keep them accurate, but minor variations between a preview and the delivered file may occur.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide an accurate email address when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to buy or download products.
  • One account per person; shared or resold accounts are not permitted.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in the listed currency. Applicable taxes are calculated and confirmed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment.
  • A coupon, where valid, is applied to your order total at checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund where we detect fraud, pricing errors, or abuse.

5. License to Use Digital Products

Unless a product’s page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. Each purchase is for a single user or organization.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files.
  • Share download links or your account access with others, or upload the files to public or shared repositories.
  • Claim the product as your own, or include it in a competing product, template pack, or marketplace listing.

Creators retain the intellectual property in their products. You retain ownership of any content you create using a product (for example, a document you make from a template).

6. Downloads & Access

After purchase, files are available from your Orders page. We aim to keep your purchases available for re-download for as long as you have an account, but we do not guarantee indefinite availability of any specific file — please keep a personal backup of anything important. Where a product offers updates, updated versions are made available through the same download.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. As a goodwill policy, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you have not been able to download it. Submit a request from your Orders page; we review each request and email you the outcome. See our refund details in the FAQ.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Circumvent payment, access controls, or download limits, or use automated tools to abuse the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the Service’s operation.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenixr, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product or the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Licenses for products you have lawfully purchased survive account closure to the extent you retain local copies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
