What is SaveMeHours?
SaveMeHours is a shop for ready-made digital products — templates, spreadsheets, software and courses. Everything is an instant download you keep forever, built to drop into your workflow and save you hours.
Are these physical products?
No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped — after payment your files are available to download straight away from your account.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You sign in with Google (one click) or with your email using a one-time code — no password needed. It takes a few seconds and lets us keep your purchases available for re-download.
How do I buy a product?
Open a product page, click "Add to cart", then go to checkout. Pay securely with your card and your download unlocks immediately.
How do I download my purchase?
Go to your Orders page, find the order, and use the download button next to the item. Your purchases stay there so you can re-download them whenever you need.
When can I download after paying?
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the files become available in your account — there is no waiting period.
Can I download a product more than once?
Yes. You can re-download your purchases from your Orders page as long as you have an account. We still recommend keeping your own backup of important files.
Do I get updates to a product I bought?
Where a product offers updates, the latest version is made available through the same download in your Orders page at no extra cost.
My download is not working — what should I do?
First try a different browser or disable any download blockers. If it still fails, contact us from the Contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe on its PCI-compliant checkout. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
Are taxes included in the price?
Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the final total first.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the box at checkout and click "Apply". The discount is reflected in your order total. Coupons cannot be added to past orders.
Where is my receipt?
A receipt is emailed to you after a successful payment, and your purchase also appears on your Orders page.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. As a goodwill policy, you can request a refund within 7 days if a product is faulty, materially not as described, or you could not download it.
How do I request a refund?
Open your Orders page, find the eligible order, optionally add a reason, and click "Request refund". We review each request and email you the outcome.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
What can I do with a product I buy?
Unless the product page says otherwise, your purchase is a single-user license for your own personal or internal business use. You can use it on your own projects and keep any documents you create with it.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the files, share your download links, or include a product in a competing pack or marketplace listing.
Can my team use one purchase?
A standard purchase covers a single user. If you need to use a product across a team or organization, contact us about a suitable license.
How do I log in?
Click "Log In" at the top right. Sign in with Google or request a one-time code by email. No password is required.
I did not receive my login code — what now?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, wait about 60 seconds and request a new code, and double-check your email address is spelled correctly.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Account Settings and choose "Delete Account". This removes your data; some transaction records may be retained where the law requires.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it is used.
How do I contact support?
Visit our Contact page and send us a message. We usually reply within one business day.
How do I report a problem with a product?
Use the Contact page and include your order number plus a short description of the issue (and any screenshots). We will look into it and help fix it.
